The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) in the Philippines has released a nationwide <a href="http://bit.ly/2KyjwPG">memo circular</a> commanding all provincial governors, mayors, barangay chiefs and local councilors to adopt and comply to the Standards in Building Communities that Protect Children From Trafficking.
